Text
(1)The Department of Human Services shall develop a registry of all adult day care programs in Oregon.
(2)The department shall adopt rules, to be followed voluntarily, substantially consistent with standards established by the Oregon Association of Adult Day Care Services regarding adult day care programs. Each program in the registry shall indicate for inclusion in the registration data the extent to which the program agrees to operate in conformity with the rules adopted under this section.
(3)As used in this section, “adult day care” means a community-based group program designed to meet the needs of adults with functional or cognitive impairments through an individual plan of care. “Adult day care” means a structured, comprehensive program that provides a variety of health, social a
