Text

Notwithstanding ORS 8.690, 9.160, 9.320 or 203.145 or ORS chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Department of Human Services, a party that is not a natural person may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the party.
