Text

The Department of Human Services shall make and enforce rules governing the custody, use and preservation of the records, papers, files and communications by any other agency or department of government or person to which the records may be furnished. Use shall be limited to the purposes for which the records are furnished and by the provisions of the law under which they may be furnished.
