Text

(1)The Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Public Health Advisory Board shall institute a cooperative program to refer veterans to appropriate state and federal agencies for the purpose of filing claims to remedy medical and financial problems caused by exposure to causative agents.
(2)The Director of the Oregon Health Authority, after receiving the recommendations of the advisory board, shall adopt rules to provide for the administration and operation of programs authorized by ORS 408.300 to 408.340. The director shall cooperate with appropriate state and federal agencies in providing services under ORS 408.300 to 408.340.
