§ 406.142 — Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Services Grant Fund

(1)The Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Services Grant Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Services Grant Fund shall be credited to the fund. The Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Services Grant Fund shall consist of moneys transferred to the fund from the Veterans’ Department of Veterans’ Affairs Dedicated Lottery Fund established under ORS 406.144. Moneys in the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Veteran Services Grant Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for the purposes established under this section.
(2)The Department of Veterans’ Affairs may award grants in the amount of $25,000 to $250,000 per recipient from the Departmen
