Text

There hereby is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury an account to be known as the Veterans’ Services Account. Moneys in the Veterans’ Services Account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and shall be used by the department for grants and services supplied to veterans by the department under ORS chapters 406 and 408, and for expenses of administration of such grants and services.
