Text
(1)Ten or more residents of a county may petition the county board, or a county board by its own resolution may resolve, for the formation of a radio and data district within all or a portion of the county.
(2)In the case of two or more contiguous counties, 10 or more residents of the contiguous area may petition the county boards of all counties within the contiguous area for the formation of a district or the county boards of all counties within the contiguous area may adopt the same resolution for the formation of a district within the contiguous area.
(3)In addition to other required matters, a petition or resolution for formation shall state the number of members to be on the district board and the method of election of the board of the proposed district from among the methods desc
