Text

(1)The Oregon Department of Emergency Management may institute proceedings against a public or private safety agency, a 9-1-1 jurisdiction or other person to compel compliance with or to restrain further violation of ORS 305.823 and 403.105 to 403.250 or rules adopted pursuant to ORS 403.120.
(2)Proceedings authorized by subsection (1) of this section may be instituted without official notice, hearing or order provided in ORS chapter 183. However, proceedings brought against a telecommunications utility must be brought before the Public Utility Commission as provided by ORS chapter 756.
