Text

(1)The income and, to the extent permitted by the Constitution, the property of the Oregon Mass Transportation Financing Authority shall be exempt from all taxation in the State of Oregon. For purposes of the Oregon Securities Law, bonds issued by the authority shall be deemed to be securities issued by an instrumentality or a political subdivision of the State of Oregon.
(2)Interest payable on bonds of the authority shall be exempt from taxes imposed on income by the State of Oregon.
