Text

The Oregon Mass Transportation Financing Authority may adopt and amend appropriate bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business and may elect a secretary who need not be a member. The secretary shall perform such duties as the board shall designate and may give certificates under the official seal of the authority, and all persons dealing with the authority may rely on such certificates.
