In addition to State of Oregon funds available for the purposes of ORS 390.805 to 390.925, the State Parks and Recreation Department shall use such portion of moneys made available to it by the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation and other federal agencies, including matching funds, as the department determines are necessary and available to carry out the purposes of ORS 390.805 to 390.925.
