Text
(1)The Parks and Recreation Transportation Electrification Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Parks and Recreation Transportation Electrification Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Parks and Recreation Department to carry out ORS 390.400.
(2)The department may seek out and receive gifts, grants, contributions, bequests or other donations of any kind from any public or private source for use in carrying out the purposes of ORS 390.400. Moneys received under this subsection shall be deposited in the Parks and Recreation Transportation Electrification Fund.
