Text

The Salmonberry Trail Trust Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All gifts, grants, appropriations or donations received by the state for purposes of developing or implementing the plan described in ORS 390.305 shall be deposited in the Salmonberry Trail Trust Fund. All moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Forestry Department for the purposes of developing and implementing the plan.
