Text

(1)The Willamette Falls Park Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on moneys in the Willamette Falls Park Fund shall be credited to the fund. The Willamette Falls Park Fund consists of moneys deposited in the fund under section 9, chapter 786, Oregon Laws 2013, and section 30, chapter 812, Oregon Laws 2015, and may include fees, revenues or other income deposited into the fund by the Legislative Assembly.
(2)Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Parks and Recreation Department for purposes described in section 9, chapter 786, Oregon Laws 2013, and section 30, chapter 812, Oregon Laws 2015.
