Text
For the purpose of carrying out or putting into effect the right, power and authority granted by ORS 381.205 to 381.314 or any other law, each of the public bodies or agencies mentioned in ORS 381.205 may make and enter into any agreements with:
(1)The Government of the United States or any of its agencies.
(2)The State of Oregon or any of its agencies.
(3)Any adjoining state, the county, municipality, port or other political subdivision or agency of such adjoining state.
(4)The Oregon Department of Transportation.
(5)Any persons, associations, corporations, domestic or foreign.
