Text
(1)An applicant for a logo sign, tourist oriented directional sign or a motorist informational sign shall pay to the Travel Information Council an initial permit fee and an annual renewal fee which shall be determined for each year by the council in advance of such year.
(2)The council may establish a fee schedule for maintenance costs.
(3)The council may establish a fee for reinstallation of a sign that has been removed.
