Text

No more lands shall be appropriated under ORS 376.505 to 376.540 than are reasonably necessary for the purposes specified therein. No building nor the land upon which it is situated, which is exempt from execution as a homestead under the laws of the state, nor any land belonging to the homestead owner within 100 feet of the building, shall be so appropriated.
