Text

The Oregon Transportation Commission shall periodically review, not less often than every six years, the classification of state highways, including the designation of highway segments as expressways, as a part of its comprehensive, long-range transportation plan developed pursuant to ORS 184.617 to ensure that the classifications for the highways and designations of expressways are appropriate to their uses.
