(1)The city of Myrtle Point, in Coos County, has absolute and complete jurisdiction over the following portions of the following county roads located within the corporate limits of the city:
(a)All that portion of any county roads within the corporate limits of the city, lying along First Street and the whole thereof, as such street is described upon the plat of the original town (now city) of Myrtle Point, now on file and of record in the office of the county clerk for Coos County.
(b)All that portion of the county roads within the corporate limits of the city, lying on or along Spruce Street and the whole thereof, as shown upon the plat of the original town (now city) of Myrtle Point and upon the plat of the first extension to the original town (now city) of Myrtle Point, now on file
