Text

(1)The portion of U.S. Highway 395 known as the Pendleton-John Day Highway, beginning where the highway intersects with State Highway 74, known as the Heppner Highway, and ending at Ukiah, shall also be known as the Don Kendall Memorial Highway.
(2)The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain suitable markers along the highway described in this section that indicate the designation of the highway as the Don Kendall Memorial Highway.
