Text

(1)The portion of State Highway 126 that is known as the Florence-Eugene Highway, beginning where the highway intersects with U.S. Highway 101 in Florence and ending where it intersects with Oregon Route 569, the Beltline Highway in Eugene, shall also be known as the William Tebeau Memorial Highway.
(2)The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain suitable markers along the highway described in this section indicating the designation of the highway as the William Tebeau Memorial Highway.
