Text

The Department of Transportation or officers having control of the state highways shall, out of the money received in the highway funds each year from any and all sources, first set aside, if deemed necessary or expedient, a sufficient amount to comply with the terms of the Federal Acts mentioned in ORS 366.556, and any other aid hereafter furnished by the federal government for the construction of roads and highways or to match the federal aid.
