Text
A public university listed in ORS 352.002 shall give credit for education and training obtained by a person while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States, as defined in ORS 352.313. The education and training for which credit may be given must meet the standards adopted by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission or the governing board of a public university listed in ORS 352.002.
