(1)As used in this section, “student” means an individual who is 16 or 17 years of age and is not emancipated pursuant to ORS 419B.550 to 419B.558.
(2)Notwithstanding ORS 350.175, a student, with consent of a parent or legal guardian, may take a high school equivalency test. [2023 c.527 §3]
