Text
The surviving spouse or domestic partner of a vending facility manager who is deceased or who becomes incapacitated by a physical or mental illness may continue to operate the vending facility formerly operated by the original vending facility manager for up to six months after the date of death or incapacitation, or until the date on which the operating agreement expires, whichever is sooner, for the purpose of winding down the operations of the vending facility.
