Text
No career school or its agents or employees shall bring or maintain any suit or action in any court in or of this state for a cause of suit or action arising out of doing business as a career school in this state, without alleging and proving that it has complied with the applicable licensing provisions of ORS 345.010 to 345.340 and 345.992 to 345.997 at the time such cause of suit or action arose.
