(1)As used in this section:
(a)“Classified school employee” includes all employees of a school district except those for whom a teaching or administrative license is required as a basis for employment in a school district.
(b)“Individualized education program” has the meaning given that term in ORS 343.035.
(c)“School district” means:
(A)A common school district or a union high school district.
(B)An education service district.
(2)Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, a school district that employs classified school employees who provide significant special education support, as determined under subsection (4) of this section, may not establish, for any purpose, a policy that requires the work day hours of a classified school employee to be fewer than five hours per
