(1)As used in this section, “approved expenses” means the operating expenses of community college districts for career and technical education programs that have been approved by the Director of the Office of Community Colleges and Workforce Development.
(2)Federal moneys received for purposes of reimbursing community college districts for career and technical education programs may be used by the districts to pay approved expenses.
