Text

Any of the questions to be submitted to the electors of any district must be submitted in the form of a resolution of its board. The resolution shall specify the questions to be voted upon and the date for holding any special election. The board may adopt any such resolution on its own motion, and must adopt the resolution when petitioned by the requisite number of electors of the district.
