Text

(1)This section provides the minimum information to be reported on students who withdraw from school prior to becoming graduates and who:
(a)Do not transfer to another educational system;
(b)Are awarded a certificate of attendance after grade 12; or
(c)Move to a transition program for students with disabilities without first being awarded a modified diploma or an extended diploma.
(2)The minimum information to be reported on students described in subsection (1) of this section is:
(a)Age, sex and racial-ethnic designation of the student;
(b)Whether the student has a disability and, if the student has a disability, the student’s disability category;
(c)Date of withdrawal;
(d)Reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to expulsion, work or death;
(e)Number of credits earned t
