Text

(1)As used in this section, “classified school employee” includes all employees of an education service district in a position represented by a collective bargaining unit, except those for whom a teaching or administrative license is required as a basis for employment in an education service district.
(2)A classified school employee shall have the right to be dismissed, demoted or disciplined only for just cause.
