Text

(1)The Department of Early Learning and Care may develop a progressive enforcement system for the rules promulgated pursuant to ORS 329A.030 and 329A.250 to 329A.450.
(2)The enforcement system developed under this section may establish:
(a)A set of progressively higher enforcement actions that the department may take in response to an individual’s or a child care facility’s violation of the rules described in subsection (1) of this section; and
(b)Standards for monitoring the compliance of individuals and child care facilities with the rules described in subsection (1) of this section.
