(1)The board of common school fund commissioners for Klamath County School District No. 1 may invest all or part of the fund in bonds of the United States of America. With regard to any funds not so invested, the district clerk shall loan the fund in the manner provided by law at no less than four percent per annum and rent all lands owned by the district belonging to the fund.
(2)The interest accruing from such investments and loans and the rent of said lands, shall be placed by the clerk with other school district moneys and be distributed by the clerk with such other moneys in the manner provided by law and the order of the directors or trustees of the district.
