Text

(1)The Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.
(2)The Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund shall consist of:
(a)Moneys appropriated or otherwise transferred to the Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund by the Legislative Assembly; and
(b)Other amounts deposited in the fund from any source.
(3)Moneys in the Early Literacy Success Community Grant Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the Early Literacy Success Community Grant program established under ORS 327.843.
