(1)The Hunger Free Schools Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.

(2)Moneys in the Hunger Free Schools Account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the purpose of making reimbursements to school districts under ORS 327.545.
