The Department of Education shall make a report to the committees of the Legislative Assembly related to education no later than February 1 of each year regarding the implementation of ORS 327.175 to 327.208. The report must include an annual performance review of each eligible applicant, as defined in ORS 327.185. The report must:
(1)Identify whether the eligible applicant received a grant under ORS 327.175 to 327.208.
(2)For grant recipients, include a comparison of the grant recipient’s progress toward meeting performance growth targets compared with the actual performance growth targets established by the department for the following:
(a)On-time graduation rates and five-year completion rates, including the overall rate and disaggregated student group rates;
(b)Ninth-grade on-track
