§ 319.630 — Revocation of license; reissue of license

Text
(1)The Department of Transportation may revoke the license of a user or seller if the user or seller fails to comply with any provision of ORS 319.510 to 319.880 or any rule or regulation adopted under ORS 319.510 to 319.880. Before revoking the license the department shall serve written notice on the person ordering the person to appear before the department at a time not less than 10 days after such service and show cause why the license should not be revoked. The notice shall be served in the manner prescribed by ORS 319.760 (3).
(2)A new license shall not be issued to a person whose license has been revoked unless it appears to the satisfaction of the department that the person will comply with the provisions of ORS 319.510 to 319.880 and the rules and regulations adopted under ORS 3
