Text

(1)Final action upon an application by the governing body shall be in the form of an ordinance or resolution that shall contain the owner’s name and address, a description of the housing unit, either the legal description of the property or the county assessor’s property account number, any specific conditions upon which the approval of the application is based and if only a portion of the property is approved, a description of the portion that is approved.
(2)Following approval, the governing body shall file with the county assessor and send to the applicant a copy of the ordinance or resolution approving or disapproving the application. The copy shall contain or be accompanied by a notice explaining the grounds for possible termination of the exemption prior to the end of the exemption
