Text
(1)As used in this section, “retired provider” means any person:
(a)Who holds a degree of Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, or who has met the minimum educational requirements for licensure to practice naturopathic medicine or as a physician associate under ORS 677.505 to 677.525 or a nurse practitioner under ORS 678.375 to 678.390;
(b)Who has been licensed and is currently retired in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 677, 678 or 685;
(c)Who is registered with the Oregon Medical Board as a retired emeritus physician or who complies with the requirements of the Oregon Medical Board as a retired physician associate, the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a retired nurse practitioner or the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine a
