Before taking office each commissioner shall take and subscribe the following oath, before an officer qualified to administer oaths, in substantially the following form:

I, ________, being first duly sworn, depose and say that
for the term of ___ year (s), to which I have been appointed as a member of the tax supervising and conservation commission for ______ County, I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of my said office; that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Oregon and all laws passed in pursuance of either; that I will endeavor to secure economical expenditure of public funds sufficient in amou
