Text
The State Treasurer shall receive any moneys that may be paid to the state by the United States, or any agency thereof, in lieu of ad valorem property taxes, and shall retain or transfer to the respective county treasurers the moneys so received in compliance with the annual apportionment made by the Department of Revenue.
