Text
(1)The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall, no later than December 31 of each year and in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, report to the Legislative Assembly the amounts of liquidated and delinquent debt that, in the previous fiscal year:
(2)Each state agency shall certify to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services that the debts described in subsection (1) of this section were written off, abated or canceled in accordance with applicable statutes and rules.
(3)All state agencies shall provide to the department any information that the department considers necessary or convenient for carrying out its
