The appropriate authority within each branch of government shall establish procedures for creation of Job Evaluation Teams, consisting of state employees, including representatives of management, bargaining unit employees and unrepresented employees who possess occupational experience and other characteristics of the workforce, to advise the authority on the evaluation of classifications.
