For purposes of analyzing the state’s classification and compensation system to assess progress in achieving policies stated in ORS 240.190, and for the purpose of determining undervalued jobs in need of wage adjustments, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Legislative Administration Committee shall by rules, pursuant to ORS chapter 183, adopt a neutral and objective method of determining the comparability of the value of work as defined in ORS 292.951 (1).
