Text

All fees and commissions of any kind, name or nature collected by the Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer or Attorney General for any service performed by the Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer or Attorney General by virtue of office or collected by the Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer or Attorney General by virtue of office, shall be paid into the State Treasury on or before the 10th day of the month following the collection thereof, accompanied by a statement designating the fund or account to which the payment is to be credited. Each of such officers shall, in the biennial report of the officer, set forth a statement of all moneys so collected and paid over to the State Treasury.
