Text
(1)Not later than November 10 of each even-numbered year the Governor shall cause the Governor’s budget estimates to be made available to the Legislative Fiscal Officer and to the Legislative Revenue Officer.
(2)Before December 1 of the year in which they were made available under subsection (1) of this section, the Legislative Fiscal Officer or staff and the Legislative Revenue Officer or staff may not reveal to any other person the contents or nature of the Governor’s budget or other materials, except with the written consent of the Governor.
