Text
For the purposes of carrying out its duties, powers and functions, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may examine the records, files, documents, accounts and financial affairs of any state agency, and shall have the right of access for that purpose. During business hours the department may examine the accounts of any state agency in any depository which has state funds in its custody.
