Text
The Legislative Assembly may allocate the amount of private activity bond volume cap among state agencies and the Private Activity Bond Committee for the two calendar years that begin in a biennium. Any volume cap that the state receives that is not allocated by the Legislative Assembly may be allocated by the Private Activity Bond Committee.
