Text

(1)Any county, municipality, person or any combination of counties, municipalities and persons may file with the Oregon Business Development Department an application to borrow money from the Oregon Business Development Fund for a business development project as provided in ORS 285B.050 to 285B.098. The application shall be filed in such a manner and contain or be accompanied by such information as the department may prescribe.
(2)Any applicant receiving a loan from the fund shall report to the department the estimated number of jobs affected by the business development project financed under ORS 285B.050 to 285B.098.
