Text
Local governments, as defined in ORS 174.116, shall participate in the implementation of the state economic development strategy developed under ORS 284.570 by demonstrating a willingness to:
(1)Coordinate local economic development plans with the state economic development strategy; and
(2)Expedite amendments to comprehensive plans and land use regulations.
